New to e-stim play so this was kind of an experimental purchase.
I’m currently (like what I did there ????) trying different options and combinations- however, I have to say the product is exceptionally well made, well presented and easy to use.

Purchased a Helix Blue and small BiPolar Electrowand. 1st foray into EStim and v pleased. Was quickly contacted to advise I needed some additional connectors for what I'd bought to work correctly. Love the different Helix modes. Wand is sleek, beautifully made and simply cleaned after use. V please with purchase, cust sec excellent. Great products, v good quality and good (non-pushy) follow up. Thank-you.

Items were shipped efficiently,, had to pay EU Vat as expected. Bought a second power unit, Pebble, for smooth transition of power levels and so far its working as expected.

sorry I marked you down a bit. The straps of late seem to lose their elastic after a short time these days. The older ones seemed to last longer and it was eventually the metallic part that would fail.
Website could do with updating. Personally I find the black background colour makes the website look a little bit basic.
Apart from that guys, You are doing a great job and thanks for an amazing product. My 2b is now 14 years old and still used regularly.

Everything came quickly as ordered, however, had to order another set of rings due to incorrect sizing on my part. Was wondering if there was a better way of sizing up. A 90 degree block would be useful for cupping the balls in a ring as well.
We do advise using some string or a flexible cloth tape measure to get the right sizing for the Rings.

Should have ordered cables with the larger pins. Pleased with both products. Thought bipolar clip would have been a pair, one pretty intense though.

The E-Clips are not sold as pairs as they are not suitable to be used as a pair on all of our power units.
