Adding my phone number to label on package, would allow courier to contact me, in this case package stuck at drop point for 7 days and i have to find it thru royal mail web page.

Everything as desired, shipping was quite quick to continental Europe.
A big shout out-to to your website, which is a perfect example of clarity in design and proper use of encryption. In fact the overall employment of encryption paired with a valid SSL certificate gave me the needed trust towards a shop I didn't know before.

My second estim box , my first was bought about 5 Years ago and as a professional Dominatrix it's an essential part of kit . The latest e stim pebble is amazing ! So many great settings esp the voice activation . I plan to have years of fun with this . E stim really are the best for electric play . Highly recommended

The website made it unclear that one of the items I ordered required a different cable... but excellent customer service explained it to me so I managed to add it to the order without paying double shipping or simply receiving it and saying "oh?". While the website could do with improvement, CS is fantastic and thank you!
We do provide links in the description of the product for the other connections that can be used but we will certainly look to see if we can make things even clearer.
Unfortunately this is not a service that is offered the carrier. Tracking information is provided so that customers can track their parcels, and the carrier says they left a notification that a delivery attempt had been made. We will follow this up with the carrier. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
