Overall a very good service unfortunatly I,m not very good with computers,I prefere to use the phone. When I ordered I tried to add two 250ml electrogels but it would only add one to my shopping cart,its probably something I did wrong. At least it didn,t charge me for two.

the german parcel service didn´t inform me about the delivery. it was luck to get my parcel. thank you for your quick service, but better don´t use royalmail for germany.
We are sorry that you had an issue with the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately no matter which service we use issues can happen and on this occasion it would appear that the person delivering your parcel did not leave the notification that they had tried to deliver when you were out. We at E-Stim Systems are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We can use other services but these are often more expensive and they can also have similar problems._br /_ Thank you for your purchase and we hope that this experience will not put you off further purchases in the future.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are looking into this matter, but in the meantime you can update the quantity of any item when you are on the shopping Cart page, but we will look into getting this resolved. We are more than happy to take orders over the telephone as well.
