At times it can be a bit of to and fro-ing to find things on the site but in general it is quite satisfactory.
Despatch and shipping is superb - the last order was shipped ultra rapidly and was only held up by typical French postal delays; this time even the French didn't slow things down...

This is top quality, don't waste money on inferior systems like I have till now. It really delivers. Cant wait to explore so much more! Fast delivery even over the Xmas period, updated throughout the order process. As I said please, don't waste money on "systems" that do not come close - I can assure you, you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately delivery is one of those costs that can be difficult and on this order it was below the free shipping threshold, but it was a fully tracked service with alternative shipping options available.
