Can\'t fault shipping times. Cost of shipping was a bit expensive considering the item being sent. Will order again when more discount codes become available

Pity the website did not allow the discount code but the refund was prompt. I will be using the site again
This was down to a technical issue, which was rectified as soon as we became aware, and we issued refunds where appropriate.

Website is a bit old fashioned but I guess it still does the job!

The website could do with a make over to give it a cleaner look and freshen it up. The black background is a bit too 1980\'s BDSM site-ish. Could also use some size comparison photos when it comes to insertables so that you know what the size is compared to cup or can or your standard 6\" dildo. Otherwise that\'s it really everything else is excell

I was very happy with all the communication I had with Caz. She was very helpful and took time to help me make sure I had the right products.
To me it was over and above what a lot of other people had given me hence why I placed the order here and was very happy with the parcel tracking system and the quality of the items.

Very nice company to deal with , very helpful on the phone, very quick to amend order details, and very quick to send the items, usually the very next day. I would give them 10 out of 9 for customer service. Well Done.
