Product is flawed by the software (2.104) so is worthless until fixed by a real update, not a beta version, too spiky without any refinement, it\'s like it\'s trying to bully you rather than persuade you it\'s irrelivent what your testers say, listen to your customers. Is the item fit for purpose? In my opinion no because it does not do what it sho

I was slightly disappointed that an offer came out for 20% off straight after I ordered my first product. Unfortunately I\'d opened my packet and got my first HFO by then, so couldn\'t return under the consumer laws within the UK.
We do understand how frustrating this must have been, but like every other company we do sales and discounts without prior warning. However we are pleased to hear that the unit is giving you pleasure.

It took me a while to decide whether to buy as I was both excited and apprehensive about trying the 2B powerbox as it is not cheap. Having made the decision to place an order my package arrived within a couple of days. Very pleased with the service. Looking forward to first test run and being equally pleased!!!!

I ordered another cable for my 2B unit, because the one I got with the unit had given up. The signal it let through got weaker and weaker and became even shaky (on/off). With the replacement cable now the same is happening.
After use I take it to the shower and clean the pads (still attached to the cable) and hang them all up for drying. Reason??
The reason for this failure would be from the exposure to water. We do not advise taking our cables into the shower for this exact reason.

Excellent service. Postage costs could be cheaper that\'s only down side.
We have taken this comment on board now and have introduced a lower price band for low value orders. Thank you for the feedback.

It would be useful to mention in the future the phone number beside the shipping address since I\'ve had difficulty retrieving the package.
Where possible our deliveries are from easily contactable courier companies and they should contact our customer if there are issues with deliver or at least leave information cards. Unfortunately we have no control over the agents that our courier uses in each country and we are not always aware of exactly which company is handling the delivery in each country, but we are looking into this event.

Product got only ****, because the battery lid of the E-Stim Remote power box does not remain closed and this problem exists since several years.

The Battery cover needs a good click to close it and then it is very secure.

We are working on a new version of the firmware and we do listen to our customers, however as a percentage of the number of units sold we have very few complaints of this nature, although every individual has there own opinion.
