Let's just say the next day delivery wasn't.
Not really your fault but was still slow.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipping on this order but we have refunded the shipping charge due to the issue.

Love your products. And you reply and help out when needed. My less good score on shipping is due to lack of option to pay tax ahead so us in EU don’t get the extra high handelingen fees. But I already got a direct answer on this from you. However it might limit shopping in the future.
My last bought unit instructions/operation is not really clear, would love a more step by step video. The one now is more a feature video

Thank you for your feedback and we will work on a video for the future. Unfortunately the option for pre paying taxes is not an option for various reasons and unfortunately since Brexit many EU countries are charging high processing fees which unfortunately we have no control over.

Things like cables and conductive loops do have a lifespan unfortunately
