Web site needs improving. Black background and grey text not great.

The only fault I can find with the whole experience is the site.
On mobile the site takes a very long time to load and sometimes freezes on multiple phones I have tried to access it. Other than that, great service and a great product.

Taxes added the price is expensive
The information to use the product is not totally clear specially about connection , i have now a lot of connection in 2 or 3 time because I bought the pack + the individual one.
My order is not efficient I would prefer to get the toy with cable( connexion) with a tick option it will be easier to choose.
Then to use it , it is not as much easy as i thought
Unfortunately Taxes do have to be paid, and if you are outside of the UK we do not charge Taxes at purchase._br /_ We do our best to provide a full list of cables in a kit, but we are sorry for any confusion you may have had._br /_ Each of our insertables does have a tick box option at the bottom of the page, perhaps you missed those.
