Love your products. And you reply and help out when needed. My less good score on shipping is due to lack of option to pay tax ahead so us in EU don’t get the extra high handelingen fees. But I already got a direct answer on this from you. However it might limit shopping in the future.
My last bought unit instructions/operation is not really clear, would love a more step by step video. The one now is more a feature video

but the customs duty are hard!!!
The only customs fee are a processing fee, everything else will be VAT which is no longer charged at source but is charged at point of entry.
Thank you for your feedback and we will work on a video for the future. Unfortunately the option for pre paying taxes is not an option for various reasons and unfortunately since Brexit many EU countries are charging high processing fees which unfortunately we have no control over.
