3 weeks waiting for the custon clearance! Not your fault of course. The product is OK, I use it for my revalidation after Radical Prostatectomy, I hope I get my health back OK with the stimulation of your product. Thank you lots?

Very happy with product, its styling, its functionality and the ability to break it down to competent parts to clean easily, that I have thrown its predecessor out after my first use of your product. I also like the storage case it comes in and the ability to remove the outside stickers.
Its also comforting to know that I can get spare component parts should i loose any of it cleaning.
From order to delivery my experience was fast and efficient, with good tracking of the delivery.

We are sorry that delivery was slow, unfortunately since Brexit some countries are overwhelmed with the volume of parcels for customs clearance and have not got their processes sorted. We provide all required information and it is just down to them to process the imports.
