Friendly and helpful reply to email questions.
Some downloads would be easier to find if all downloads was in the same place.
Examples being MP3 files for the 2B can be hard to locate. Where as manuals are easy to find. Put all downloads in one place sub-devided into categories.
Otherwise all is good. In more ways than one

I've ordered a few things from here in the past, and I've never had any issues. Service has always been excellent and delivery always prompt. I will not hesitate to order from here again.
Thank you for your feedback, however all our downloads are already in a single place, but not with the manuals as they are not designed for download, but we are sorry if you found our downloads difficult to locate.
