Excellent service as always.
Not sure on the device.
The shocks seem very sharp and it quickly goes too high. Can’t take more than about a third. Whereas the pebble can just take 100%.

Electrical connection to the top half of the egg was hit and miss and needed modification to ensure stable current delivery. Once sorted locally, very happy with the product.
I did not contact e-stim for help as it was quicker to correct the issue myself.
We are sorry for the issue, but we would ask that if there is a problem that you do contact as so that the warranty on the item can be maintained.

Thank you again for excellent service. I will give the new insertable a little longer to be fair. However my first impression is that the Moaner is more suited to my tastes.
I really like combining it with a gold plated probe from the Kegel8. If you place the K8 probe on the shaft of the Moaner and plug them both into the estim on the split channels, it's amazing (just angle to K8 probe toward the clit)!

The 2B is a completely different and more powerful unit so we wouild not expect you to be able to do anywhere near a 100% and the Feel can be adjusted on the output of the 2B which is not something you can do on the ElectroPebble.
