4 days between the day where my package leaves your store in England and the day where i receive the perfectly packed box in France.
And in addition, there was a weekend in these 4 days!

Good quality equipment good service my only suggestion for improvement is that the PDF files for Manuel's need to be easier to find as the kit I bought had no manual and it took a long time to find it on your site.

Products seem better, compared to competitors. The website is informative and product range is good. Some downsides also: the surface of the insertable is not as smooth as I expected, maybe I had to order the polished version. There was no information how to connect three-phase cable, but I sent an email to customer service and got a good explanation next day. Shipping to EU took about 3 weeks by UPS; during that time the UPS sent me several delivery estimates, but all passed by.
Thank you for your feedback. In relation to the UPS issue we have checked this and all the delays related to awaiting customs clearance, which is not within our control or required responses from the customer.
All of our units do include either a manual or a quick start guide with details of where to find the online manual, and there is a link on both the bottom of all web pages to the manuals and also on the product itself, but we are sorry if you did not find them easy to find.
