Easy to order a new cable from the website. Price was good and the delivery was quick. Item was as listed and works fine. Would order from them again if I need any more items for my 2b box.

Great product - delivery was a little delayed but communication was just on time. Really nice product - great power and settings.
no problems with the unit at all but safe in the knowledge there is a warranty.
Would like more instruction on pad placement, and joining up units.

Excellent products, which work very well giving HFO's. Built like a battleship so can handle rough treatment. Shipping is a necessary cost but not unreasonable. Postie delivers good in unmarked box with a disguised return address. Service is good, though I have only once used the chat service. I find the website OK but it is sometimes difficult to find specific items, there are quite a few links to specific products. I wish there was a 4 channel 2B....

Best thing I've bought since the box. Used it first time today, can't wait to use it again. Might even wear it to work or use on the train.
