It would be nice if it were a standard service the possibility to make goods arrive at courier and let us go to take them. Ups was a good alternative but with extra cost.

I ordered the wrong set of cables, did not open the cables, one phone call and the problem I had created was rectified and I received the correct cables the next day. Brilliant service.

Very good quality but very expensive

Unfortunately quality does not always come cheap and we believe that we are well priced compared to our competitors and we do offer quality and a Lifetime Guarantee which is not something offered by other companies.
Shipping is always a trade off between the services available and the costs. Unfortunately the service you wanted is not available from the Postal Service hence why UPS was used, but this does indeed come at additional cost.
