As always, excellent service and support.
My only critisism is that as a post radical prostatectomy (non-nerve sparing) patient, I was hoping for a more satisfying experience. However it is early days and I see reason for optimism.

Well made product that feels solid. Delivered promptly. Website could do with an overhaul. On one page item out of stock, on another in stock. Navigation also clunky and probably a nightmare to maintain.

Great service, great product.
Suggestion for improvement - insulation on the outside and onto the edges of the rings - when things get a bit spicy the current can find some unexpected and quite painful routes! Also - how about some slightly larger spacers?
