I found the service from E-Stim to be excellent. When browsing the website I got some great advice from the live on-line chat and as a result bought the Helix Blue pack, which was delivered in good time as promised and has certainly been a great purchase for my first introduction to electro-stimulation. As I was only interested in penis stimulation, the Helix Blue was great value and gave me all the features that I wanted. I've really enjoyed using the product and I am 100% satisfied.

Royal mail is taking their sweet time getting this to Belgium, tho i realize that's out of your control. Customer service/order follow up is the best I've ever seen! Keep it up!
Thank you for your kind feedback, we do our best._br /_ The shipping time for your order was 5 working days from dispatch to delivery which is a pretty standard delivery time for post to the EU, but as you comment it is not within our control once it leaves the UK, but we am sorry that it was disappointing.
