While there could be some more data on some products, such as neck length and width on the insertables, and the site could be modernized, for example, to support comparing products side by side, both quality and service are excellent.

Excellent personal service after struggling with online payment. Items arrived very promptly & were very well packaged. They all look substantial and more than fit for purpose, and I look forward to trying them all out in the near future.

Problems with delivery, because tou forget print my phone number on package.
Unfortunately a telephone number is not something that is routinely provided to postal carrieres, so it was not a matter of forgetting but not being asked to do so. Sorry for any issues that this may have caused with the delivery.
